Hi,Please be advised that I have removed the picture you posted as it contained your serial number, which is an information you should not post in this public forums.In any case, I've checked the information from our database and did not find Autodesk Revit MEP 2013 associated with that serial number. Unfortunately, since 2013 is no longer supported in the Education Community, you won't be able to download that version from there anymore. As such, I suggest that you try instead. You can choose between Revit 2014, 2015, 2016, or 2017.Hope this helps!
